About LPG Price Today
lpgpricetoday.com publishes dated LPG and propane prices so you can see what households are paying and where those figures came from.
The site is run by Abdul Basit. He founded it to put public price data in one place. We check official and widely cited sources. We do not invent numbers. If a figure is missing we leave a gap rather than guess.
What you will find here
- Propane price per gallon by state. U.S. residential prices from the EIA weekly survey. We update this page when EIA publishes a new week.
- LPG cylinder price today in India. 14.2 kg home and 19 kg commercial rates. We check them every morning.
- LPG international price today. Benchmarks such as the Saudi Aramco contract price and Mont Belvieu, plus sourced country figures.
- LPG (propane) cost guide for the USA. Gallons, pounds, kilograms, tank fills and the cheapest time to buy.
- Hidden fees in residential propane contracts. What to ask before you sign.
- LPG & Propane News. Daily roundups for the United States and India.
We do not yet publish separate retail price pages for the UK, the UAE, Pakistan or African countries. When we add a country we will cite a dated official source. Calculators are planned as their own pages. They are not live yet.
How often prices are updated
- United States. EIA publishes residential propane prices once a week from October to March, usually on Wednesday. The next figure after the week of November 2, 2026 is due Thursday, November 12, 2026 because of Veterans Day.
- India. Oil companies revise cylinder prices from time to time, often around the first of the month. We check the rates every morning and update the India page in place.
- International benchmarks. The Saudi Aramco contract price is set monthly. Mont Belvieu spot data is daily with a short reporting lag.
Each price page shows its last-updated time and its sources. Read our editorial policy to see how we choose and check figures.

Our sources
We use public sources that a reader can check. On U.S. pages that means the EIA and related series such as FRED for the Mont Belvieu spot price. On India pages that means oil-company announcements and dated reports such as Goodreturns, which we name on the page. International benchmarks come from named reports of the Saudi Aramco contract price.
A full list sits at the bottom of each price page and news post under Sources. External links there use rel=”noopener nofollow”. See also our corrections policy.
